INTRODUCTION
Since January 1, 1959, our revolutionary government focused its objectives on drawing tasks for the benefit of the people, one of them was the Literacy Campaign with the objective of educating the people and once this is accomplished, the assigned task continues to the Ministry of Education to extend the educational work and the preparation of our people were already children, adolescents, youth and adults, with that we would fulfill the dreams of Martí, Mella, Camilo, Che, Fidel and Raúl, because we must keep in mind that “Without education there is no revolution possible ”José Martí.
At the present time the author of this project is framed in giving continuity to this Martian thought, as well as intends to keep the Martian thought high "A cult people will always be free".
To develop this project, the general Dialectical Materialist method has been used, as well as the empirical and theoretical methods such as the survey, the interview and the observation.
FOUNDATION
The project "From my land" is a project through which actions are proposed that are practically taken to the community to work on the formation of ethical and moral values of children, adolescents and young people in a preventive way, as well as the instruction to the family and the community for their active development in the present and future society.
It is a project where, as it is well planned, it aims to comply with the planned actions which will be in order to actively and participatively reach the community based on their performance in daily life through different cultural manifestations (theater, dance , music, painting, declamation, etc).
It emerges as an educational instructional project in October 2008 from the need of the Calimete Popular Council to give greater attention to children who fail to fulfill duties belonging to the primary and secondary school in Calimete.
The group consisted of 12 children in breach of duties and children of complex families, guided by the author of said project to fulfill the task assigned by the management of the center, Education, Culture and the Government of the municipality.
In addition to answering the concerns of the families of the children, because when their homes were visited to address the difficulties that existed, the parents asked us if there would only be visits to their homes. To respond to each concern we gave ourselves to the task of using and working grossly with the title of a children's project “La Colmenita del Barrio”, this work was done overtime on Saturdays, Sundays and other hours after five o'clock. the afternoon, working with families and children and with the influence of the project "Making the fantasy grow" of the Mercedes Izquierdo Cultural Promoter.
These projects give the possibility to children, parents and the community to interact actively and positively in each action drawn, always keeping in mind that culture is one of the fundamental ways to educate and train our children, and to educate our people without forgetting our José Martí when he wrote:

The author of this project, bearing in mind Martí's ideas, aims to:
Cultivate in children educational, ethical and moral values.
Recognize children, family and community as active members of the project, for the future training of children in their performance in society.
Encourage in children through the actions outlined the love of work and interest in the fulfillment of their school duties.
Love and respect for the family.
Stimulate the achievements of children and their family in school and in the community.
The project is composed of: The lead author, co-author Doctor (MgI) Yesenia Valle García. Secretary Maribel Valle García, Roberto Alfaro Delegate of Circ No. 1 of the Calimete People's Council, three art installations, one for dance and one for music and one for theater, the cultural promoter at the municipal level, Five activists corresponding to Sport, C.D.R, F.M.C.
As it is well explained, it is a project that begins in 2008 with an enrollment of 12 children in breach of school duties and 10 children of the neighborhood and the Baraguá neighborhood, which do not present difficulties, but were taken as a sample so that the rest of the Children do not feel affected, the 10 children embrace the idea with great responsibility and enthusiasm. For the work to be done with the children and their family, different actions such as:
Meeting with the parents of the children (biweekly and monthly).
Visit to children's homes (weekly).
Visit to the CDR community, FMC (biweekly).
Cultural activities in the community (monthly).
Participation in municipal and provincial events.
Visit to the museum and historical places (monthly).
Visit to the Public Library (weekly).
With this work carried out, the children were incorporated into their normal performance within the student group and into daily life in society. Just as he oriented and prepared the family on how to train and induce their children in everyday life, as well as preparing them for future life in society where they can develop.
The project was developed by reaching the proposed objectives through active work carried out among children, families, the cultural promoter and the teacher in overtime during school hours. It was possible to link the community and develop a great bond with the parents who they supported at all times and in an unconditional and disciplined way because they lacked the premises and implements (recorders, records, suits, cards, paintings, etc.) to carry out the activities and although all that were planned were developed, it was not with the required quality but with the love and interest that the proposed objectives be achieved.

This work is done with children who fail to do their homework and with children who want to be in the project but have no difficulty.
The activities carried out in the community have been widely accepted by the population and especially by children and parents, who ask that these activities be repeated in other neighborhoods of the town, as well as in other Popular Councils of the municipality, This last idea has not materialized although we do not lose hope of arriving with our small project to our entire municipality.
Although it is a neighborhood project, it provides education and pleasure, but for it to develop much better, we need help because we lack resources such as:
Audio equipment, tape recorders, cardboard, paintings, fabrics for the locker rooms although these are about making up what is there, as well as a place for children's rehearsals; as well as other needs that may be necessary for the correct development of the project.
In October 2014, he was presented at the Forum of Culture event, presenting himself for Casa de Cultura, reaching the Relevant prize, in November of that same year he presented at the Provincial Forum of Culture, clarifying that until now he would have the name “La Colmenita del Barrio” as a generalization of the National Colmenita, created by Cremata, but since it was not possible to materialize the confirmation with said author previously indicated for not being in the country and for the lack of management by the Municipal Directorate of Culture for not calling Havana so that after speaking and delivering part of our work (Song Album), studied by Cremata and with the approval that it had great value, to other colleagues who indicated to the Municipal Director of Culture at that time Vivian Hope Rivera Linares reach our People's Council hold a workshop with the children and approve the project is in the Event o Provincial obtained an evaluation of OK and with the recommendation to change its name because the weight of the project in the work presented was unpublished made by the author and with evidence of the work done by this natural promoter who endeavors all actions proposed in developing values in children and rescuing the values lost by the families of our community as required by the current moments.
In this new stage the project is in the generalization phase where children who are included intentionally and voluntarily and of great interest and acceptance come to the workshops, the rest of the children who like the activities in it They are developed which are made at the block level in the community either in children's activities, patriotic dates indicated, April 4, May 1, summer activities, Fidel's birthday, Anniversary for the Triumph of the Revolution, 28 of January Natalicio de José Martí, Accountability Meetings, activities in greeting to September 28.
All these activities have a great social impact, because children grow in knowledge, motivate themselves, feel actors, feel happy, raise their self-esteem, all give kisses and hugs to the author after each performance, ask when it is repeated the performance, as well as the participants by the community have the same opinion.
It is a project that arrives, which prepares children, the family and the community to change everything that must be changed as our Commander in Chief Fidel puts it and to which the author accepts this concept as an example and guide to take Forward the project “From my Earth”.
The implementation of the project allows children to develop the necessary values for their performance in society as required by current models and their training for future life. As well as the benefit provided by families for their preparation and action towards their children, who are the present and the future that will defend and maintain the conquests achieved by our revolution.
